ASX Ventures, hereinafter referred to as "ASX Motodrome" or "we/us/our," is the legal entity operating and managing the ASX Motodrome brand. ASX Motodrome provides motorsport experiences, track facilities, and related services under the ASX Ventures umbrella.

                                        1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ASX Motodrome's facilities, services, and website, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in denied access or legal action.

                                                  2. Eligibility

• Participants must meet the minimum age and physical requirements specified for each activity.
• Minors (under 18 years) must have a legal guardian's written consent.
• ASX Motodrome reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or regulatory reasons.

                                          3. Safety & Conduct

• All visitors must comply with ASX Motodrome’s safety protocols and staff instructions.
• Proper safety gear must be worn at all times.
• Reckless driving, unsafe behavior, or endangering others will result in immediate removal without a refund.
• Alcohol or drug consumption before or during participation is strictly prohibited.

                                  4. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or credit.
• ASX Motodrome reserves the right to modify prices or services at any time.

                                          5. Liability Waiver

• Participants acknowledge that motorsport activities involve inherent risks.
• ASX Motodrome, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained on the premises.
• All participants must sign a waiver before engaging in any activity.

                                       6. Equipment & Vehicle Use

• ASX Motodrome provides vehicles and equipment, which must be used responsibly.
• Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse will be charged to the participant.
• Personal vehicles must comply with track regulations.

                                       7. Photography & Media

• ASX Motodrome may capture and use photos/videos of participants for promotional purposes.
• Visitors who do not wish to be recorded must inform staff before participating.

                                    8. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are processed only for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior.
• No refunds for no-shows or unreasonably late arrivals.
• ASX Motodrome reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

                                                9. Privacy Policy

• ASX Motodrome is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. Any data collected during bookings, website interactions, or on-site visits is securely stored and used solely for operational, administrative, customer support, and promotional purposes.
• We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or to fulfill essential services such as payment processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• ASX Motodrome may share customer data with trusted OEM partners, such as A-THON, to enhance service offerings, improve customer experiences, and facilitate product development. Such data sharing will be conducted in compliance with applicable privacy laws and only for legitimate business purposes.
• Customers may request access to, modification, or deletion of their personal data by contacting ASX Motodrome's support team. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience and gather analytics. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies unless you choose to disable them in your browser settings.
• ASX Motodrome implements industry-standard security measures to protect customer data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
